As another successful outdoor track & field season comes to an end, it's time for athletes (and coaches) to recharge themselves.
After discussions with the coaches, for athletes who have been doing two or more club sessions per week, an end of season training break will now take place.
No club training will be available for those athletes from now until Monday 28th September, with the exception of athletes targeting some of the early October cross country races who should start back on Wednesday 23rd September.
