Arrangements for the Open Meeting tomorrow night:

TIMETABLE
The final timetable for tomorrow night is available below. Track events will be seeded based on performance only (not age group), with the heats ordered fastest to slowest.

Please note that both sand pits will be used for u11 and u13 long jump at 7.00 PM, with the each age group using a different sand pit.

DECLARATIONS
Declarations open at 6.00 PM in the athletics pavilion (overlooking the finish line). You should register at least 30 minutes before the start time of YOUR first event.

REFRESHMENTS
Tea/coffee and home baking will be available throughout the evening in the club room overlooking the 100m start. More donations of home baking would also be very welcome.

KIT
Club kit including vests, crop tops and tracksuits will be available for purchase from the pavilion. The new club hoodies (grey with navy print) are now in stock. New members don't need to wear a club vest.

CAR PARKING
If the sports centre car park is full, please park on Grange Road and NOT the residential streets opposite the Sports Centre.

If you park on Grange Road near the Industrial Estate, there is a path leading to the back of the Sports Centre. Please leave plenty of time to find a space!
