The Scottish National Junior Indoor 4x200m Relay Championships take place at the Emirates Arena, Glasgow, on Sunday 2nd February.

The club have entered teams in all six age categories - U14B, U14G, U16B, U16G, U18M and U18W.

Teams will be selected on Sunday 19th January and athletes will be notified during the week commencing Monday 20th January.

Athletes will be selected by a panel of coaches based on several criteria:

1. 200m/300m/400m personal best on selection date
2. Recent performance if an athlete has a faster seasons best than an athlete with a faster personal best
3. Training performance

Once all selected athletes have confirmed their availability, the teams will be finalised and athletes notified. Only if enough athletes in each age group are available can a team compete and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this.

There will be a relay practice session at Craigswood Sports Centre on Monday 27th January at 7pm.
