The National 'Short Course' Cross Country Championships take place in Glasgow on Sunday 10th November and the event now also has races for under 15 and under 17 athletes.

Under 15 athletes run a 2K course, under 17 athletes have a 3K course and for under 20/seniors the distance is 4K.
