Scottish National League Highlights

 16 April 2024

The Scottish National League started on Saturday at Grangemouth, with 11 Livingston athletes competing.

Well done to all the athletes who competed - three athletes set improved personal bests and two athletes, Alannah Snowden and Kishi Aremu, set new club records!

Improved Personal Bests

U17 Women

Kishi Aremu, 100m, 12.10
Alannah Snowden, 80m Hurdles, 12.21

U20 Men

Daniel Sutherland, 800m, 2:01.45

Kishi's performance in the U17 Womens 100m is the fastest electronically timed 100m in the club's record books, with only a hand timed performance of 11.9 from 1981 being faster!

In the U17 Womens 80m Hurdles, Alannah Snowden set a new club record with a run of 12.21, beating the previous record of 12.3 from 2015.

Well done to the three athletes who were competing in the Scottish National League for the first time: Isla Nixon (U17W), Kishi Aremu (U17W) and Gianna Johnstone (SW).

Thank you to all the officials, coaches and parents who were helping.
