The National Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 23 February at Callendar Park in Falkirk.

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League or Championship events are encouraged to enter the National Championships.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Thursday 7 February. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Course Distances

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U13: 3.1K
U15: 4.1K
U17: 6.0K
U20: 7.5K
SEN: 10K

Volunteers

Volunteers are also required from each club to assist as course marshals. Each club has been asked to provide at two marshalls and you can choose either an early shift (11.00 am to 1.30 pm) or a late shift (1.30 pm to 3.30 pm).
