National XC Championship Results

The club cross country season finished almost two weeks ago with the National Cross Country Championships at Calendar Park, Falkirk, with 20 Livingston athletes tackling the challenging course.

In the U13 Girls race, on a 3.2K course, Charlie Maree Nolan finished 19th in 12:56.

The U13 Boys were running the same 3.2K course with Elliot Frame finishing 49th in 12:49, Jonathan Marshall 62nd in 12:49 and James Vivian 77th in 13:30.

There was a full team in the U15 Girls race, with the team of Isla Calvert, Elise Petrie, Katie Craig and Alex White finishing 10th overall. Individually, Isla finished the 4.2K course 5th in 14:47, Elise was 66th in 17:20, Katie was 72nd in 17:30 and Alex was 115th in 21:52.

The U15 Boys finished 12th in the team results, with Jack Cruickshank finishing 48th in 14:50, Alastair Marshall was 60th in 15:03, Ruari Bell was 87th in 15:35 and Fraser Morris was 117th in 16:31. The boys were also running a 4.2K course.

In the U17 Womens race, Sarah Calvert completed the 5.9K course 11th in 26:26, Courtney Moffat was 29th in 29:59 and Hannah Mairs was 42nd in 33:08.

Jake Thomas was 11th in the 7.6K U20 Mens race in 27:15 and Ally White was 57th in 35:22.

In the Senior Mens race, Steve Thomson was 391st in 48:30 and Ryan White was 566th in 55:28. The Senior Men were running a 10K course with almost 700 finishers!
