The first National Championships of the 2017 Indoor Season were held at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow last Wednesday over 3000m.

Congratulations to Jake Thomas who set a new Senior club record, clocking 8:58.86 for the 15 lap race.

Jake finished 7th in heat 2.
