The National Cross Country Championships take place on Sunday 22nd February at Callendar Park in Falkirk.

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U15: 4K
U17W: 4.8K
U17M: 6.4K
U20W: 4.8K
U20M: 8K
SW: 8K
SM: 12K

All athletes who compete in the East District League races during the season are encouraged to enter the National Championships.

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and pay entry fees - please enter online using the link below before midnight on Friday 30th January. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
