East District Championships - Fri 12/Sat 13 May

The East District Championships take place on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 May at Grangemouth Stadium.
Events on Friday start at 6.00 pm, with the action continuing all day on Saturday.
For athletes who compete regularly in league matches and other District or National level events, this is a chance to test yourself against the best athletes in the East of Scotland!
Entry
For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees for up to 2 events for athletes paying monthly membership fees.
However, as the actual cost of entry for Scottish Championships is between £7.50 and £10.50 per individual event per athlete, any athlete who enters but does not compete will be charged for the cost of entry fees.
Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Sunday 30 April. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

As this is a District level event with potentially multiple heats and rounds, at which athletes should be focussing on competing in their strongest events and giving their best possible performance, the club will enter athletes into a maximum of two events per day or three events over the weekend.
Please discuss event selection with your lead coach before entering.
Some events are on at the same time, so please check the provisional timetable when considering what events to enter.
Age Groups
The meeting is open to male and female athletes in age groups from Under 13 to Seniors. Masters will compete as Seniors.
U13: Born 01/09/2004 - 31/08/2006
U15: Born 01/09/2002 - 31/08/2004
U17: Born 01/09/2000 - 31/08/2002
U20: Born 01/01/1998 - 31/08/2000
SEN: Born 31/12/1997 or earlier
