The Scottish National Relay Championships are an early season competition this year, taking place at Grangemouth Stadium on Saturday 22 April.

All relay distances will be available at this competition: 4x100m, 4x300m, 4x400m and 3x800m.

Selection emails will be sent out later in March. Congratulations to athletes who get selected.

Teams will only be entered where enough athletes in each age group are available, and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this where appropriate.

Practice sessions will be arranged on a team-by-team basis based on coach and athlete availability.

Please note that club transport will not be available for this event, and athletes will need to organise their own transport to the competition.
