Throws Grand Prix - Sat 8 April

The first round of the scottishathletics Throws Grand Prix takes place at Craigswood Sports Centre on Saturday 8 April.
Craigswood Sports Centre is also the venue for the third and fourth rounds of the Grand Prix series, with the second round at Inverness.
Events
All throwing events - shot putt, discus, javelin and hammer - are available at all meetings in the series.
Prizes will be awarded throughout the age groups with more details to be announced soon by scottishathletics.
The series, as in previous years, will incorporate Hammerama and will also include IPC events for seated and ambulant athletes.
Entry
Athletes must enter online in advance via the scottishathletics website. There are no late entries or entries on the day. Entries close 7 days before the event.
The entry fee is £5 per event or £16 for the full series per event.
