The National Indoor Combined Events Championships take place on the weekend of Saturday 4/Sunday 5 March at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.

This is a busy weekend for competition, with the National Indoor Relay Championships and the Scottish Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships also taking place on Saturday 4 March.

A provisional timetable and event listing are available below.

Female athletes and U13/U15 boys compete in a 1 day pentathlon, with all athletes competing in the 60m hurdles, 800m, long jump, shot putt and high jump.

The older male athletes compete in a 2 day heptathlon which adds 60m and pole vault to the pentathlon events, with a 1000m instead of the 800m.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees for athletes paying monthly membership fees.

However, as the actual cost of entry for Scottish CE Championships is between £8.50 and £15.00 per athlete, any athlete who enters but does not compete will be charged for the cost of entry fees.
