The National Indoor U17 Championships take place on Saturday 28 January at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.

For athletes who compete regularly in league matches and other District or National level events, this is a chance to test yourself against the best athletes in Scotland!

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees for athletes paying monthly membership fees.

However, as the actual cost of entry for Scottish Championships is between £7.00 and £10.50 per individual event per athlete, any athlete who enters but does not compete will be charged for the cost of entry fees.

As this is a National level event with potentially multiple heats and rounds, at which athletes should be focussing on competing in their strongest events and giving their best possible performance, the club will enter athletes into a maximum of 2 events.

Please discuss event selection with your lead coach before entering.

Some events are on at the same time, so please check the provisional timetable when considering what events to enter.

At this Championships, the following events have minimum entry standards:
